The eyes have it

So, once again, let’s talk about makeup in the time of mask wearing.

When all this began, I abandoned lipstick (see previous post) and, as I was staying home, all eye makeup but mascara. I admit it shortened my daily routine considerably, both morning in applying and evening in removing.

But recently, I’ve had a change of heart. A friend of mine had her eyes made up and it was like a breath of fresh air. If all we’re going to see of each other is our hair (mine has been gray since I was in my twenties, so no biggie there) and our eyes, then shouldn’t we put our best eyelash forward?

Starting tomorrow, I’m going all in.
